Right now, we’re looking for an HR manager who can blend strategy with execution. In this role, you'll lead key HR functions. If you're proactive, people-focused, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings, you’ll feel right at home here.
Who you are:
- A seasoned HR professional with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in diverse HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills—articulate, persuasive, and a confident presenter.
- Strong decision-making ability, capable of analysing complex scenarios and driving timely, effective outcomes.
- Experienced in start-up or loosely structured environments, with a proven ability to adapt, think on your feet, and work independently in the face of ambiguity.
- High autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset, with the capability to zoom out for strategic planning while executing the details flawlessly.
- Proficient with HRIS and project management tools, such as Zoho and ClickUp.
- Highly organised and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Passionate about people, culture, and growth—you're as comfortable with feedback as you are with innovation.
- Adept in relationship building, active listening, and resolving complex interpersonal challenges.
- Agile, smart-working, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities.
What you'll do:
- Employer Branding: Elevate the company’s brand presence across job portals and social media to attract top talent.
- Talent Acquisition & Screening: Lead recruitment efforts, with a sharp eye for identifying high performers and ensuring cultural alignment.
- Onboarding: Own the onboarding process for new hires, creating an engaging and seamless experience.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement forward-thinking HR policies that reflect the company’s values and foster a positive work culture.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and employees, resolving issues fairly and effectively.
- Performance Management:
- Design , build, and execute performance appraisal systems tailored to different roles.
- Oversee KPI setting, build and manage OKR systems and performance review cycles aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Conduct performance review meetings as per requirements.
- Training & Development:
- Develop and coordinate employee learning programs.
- Collaborate with the managers to create and roll out training modules for the field force.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure recruitment processes meet internal standards and comply with employment laws.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures with discretion and fairness.
- HR Operations: Manage attendance, payroll support, HRIS administration, and policy compliance.
- Engagement & Culture:
- Lead engagement initiatives to foster team bonding and motivation.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and a growth-orientated workplace culture.
